Jamison's Statement Concerning Broker Generated PSA/MSA Agreements

In light of the recent press coverage concerning the captioned agreements, we believe it is important and necessary to offer the following information to our clients and potential clients:

• We do not have, and never had, PSA or MSA agreements with any of the insurance carriers with whom we do business.
• We are not and have never been involved in bid rigging, reinsurance "tying" or the business steering issues being investigated and associated with such agreements.
