In light of the recent press coverage concerning the captioned
agreements, we believe it is important and necessary to offer the following
information to our clients and potential clients:
- We do not have, and never had, PSA or MSA agreements with any of the
insurance carriers with whom we do business.
- We are not and have never been involved in bid rigging,
reinsurance "tying" or the business steering issues being
investigated and associated with such agreements.
